- Open Settings on your iPhone - there is a privacy tab under your phone's settings
2. Tap on that and then tap the camera.
3. This will lead you to various apps installed on your phone, scroll to the Think Dirty App, and ensure you have your camera enabled. If it is not, the scanner won't work.
