If you scan a particular shade in a foundation or blush and it doesn't show, try to do a generic manual search of that product. It may just be that we haven't inputted that particular shade. You can still get a general idea of a brand's ratings by searching for similar products by that brand.
You can manually search our database by:
- Tapping the home icon in the bottom left corner.
- Typing in the product name or barcode number or by ingredients (premium feature), in the search bar at the top of the screen.
- Identify your product :)
You can also submit the product and you'll be notified once it has been successfully submitted. Below is a visual guide on how to submit a product:
Tap on the Add Product icon on the home screen and it will direct you to the product submission screen.
Kindly fill out the required information, as well as submit a crystal clear photo that shows the ingredients!
